Insurance group “Uralsib” will be sold to foreigners
4 May 2008Financial Corporation “Uralsib” searches for the insurance business buyer - insurance group “Uralsib” is to be sold out soon.
Insurance group “Uralsib” prepares for sale and offers have been sent to several potential investors - to the largest foreign insurers. Former top-manager of insurance block “Uralsib” has told about it today.
Swiss financial group Zurich Financial Services is one of perspective buyers, which has received the offer.
Insurance group “Uralsib” is created on the basis of bought in 2001 of “Industrially-insurance company”. It was one of leaders under the collected premiums.
“Uralsib”’s executive director Alexander Vihrov has declared that the insurance group has some variants of development, including of the strategic partners’ attraction.
